Free delivery and setup includes one trip to the specified delivery location located within 50 odometer miles from the nearest Top Notch Buildings LLC Sales location.
Set-up includes leveling the portable building with treated wood blocks provided by the delivery driver; or suitable 4” flat solid concrete blocks available at the site and provided by the Customer.

RENT TO OWN. Our no strings plans allows you to have your own building for your backyard, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.

We have 3 siding materials for you to choose from.

All buildings come with their own pressure treated floor system. 8' and 10' buildings have 2 4x6 notched runners with pressure treated floor joists 16" on center.

How long until my building is delivered?
Off lot building sales are usually delivered within 7-10 business days, weather permitting.
Do you provide blocking?
We provide treated wooden blocks for leveling purposes. If you would like to have concrete blocks, please have them ready at the site for the driver to put them in place.
Where do I purchase blocks?
Lowe's sells concrete blocks. We recommend the 4 inch cap blocks.
